Freedom’s Run Training Series #3

Join us Saturday morning for the third training run for Freedoms.

Walk or run. Go fast or go slow. All are welcome. No judgement, no expectations!

Pick your pace. This is close to the actual start of Freedom’s Run. We will run across the bridge and down to the canal. From there, folks can decide if they want to remain on the flat canal or run up Sawmill to take on some hills.
