Your host Gayle is a passionate and dedicated yogi whose journey has been deeply inspired by her studies with the Somananda Yoga and Tantra School. With a profound love for the healing arts, she is a qualified bowl practitioner through the prestigious College of Sound Healing, where she continues to deepen her practice under the guidance of her tutors.

A lifelong amateur artist with a vibrant creative spirit, Gayle is currently studying Art Therapy to further explore the powerful connection between art and emotional well-being. Her warm, grounded presence and intuitive approach create a safe and inspiring space for others to explore their own healing paths through sound, movement, and creative expression.
