Parenting is hard enough! Now add a big, difficult change in your child’s life, and your job of parenting can feel overwhelming.

When big change happens that affect your child’s behavior, resulting in more stress for you, this group may be for you.

We’ll cover the basics of childhood development, learn about the trauma-affected brain, practice how to work through conflict with your child in ways that promote connection, explore ways you can build social support for your child and you, and feed the flames of hope.

• This group is most appropriate for parents of kids ages 8-18.
• Sessions will be part support group, part class learning
