New Moon Manifestation

Embrace your new beginning! On this meditative journey, we will use sacred drumming and guided visualization to help you connect with your spirit guides for healing and guidance. We will then connect with the energy of the New Moon to gain insights about what this lunar energy is encouraging you to bring into your life and how to effectively nurture those seeds of change!

PLEASE BRING WITH YOU:
A yoga mat to lie on, an eye mask or eye pillow (if desired),
a journal and something to write with,
any crystal or small object that helps you feel connected to spirit - Only if inspired to do so.
