NAMI Family Support Group (In-Person) – Shelton

Are you supporting a loved one living with a mental health condition? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it alone.

Join us every 2nd Wednesday for NAMI Family Support Group, a free, in-person gathering led by trained family members who’ve been there too. This peer-led group is a safe and supportive space for adults with loved ones experiencing mental health challenges.

This group is confidential, free of cost, and focused on connection, strength, and healing. Whether it's your first time or you're a regular, there's always a seat for you at the table.
