๐ชท Mindfulness Meditation Sessions are held weekly at Zen Den Studio Oak Flats on Wednesdays from 7pm to 8:30pm.

๐งโโ๏ธ Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment without interpretation or judgment.
Practicing mindfulness involves breathwork, guided imagery, sound bowls and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress
Mindfulness is a practice that encourages you to put aside your negative mindset for the duration of the session so that you can attain elevated states of emotion & awareness.
๐ As you gift yourself this uninterrupted โme timeโ you will experience longer periods of calm & stillness that permeate into your daily life.
๐ชท Each week you may develop mindfulness practices that strengthen your abilities to focus on positive aspects to improve your overall mental health and wellbeing.
๐ชทTalking circle at the end of the session is optional and is an opportunity to share uplifting insights & experiences with like minded individuals in a safe & supportive space.
๐งโโ๏ธHot magnesium cacao, Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets & cushions are provided! Bring a bottle of water and wear warm comfy clothing to relax!
