Join us for a Lunch and Learn all about Staying Active 🏃🏋️‍♂️

This educational event will be hosted in AJ's Fitness Center, located in Shelbyville Manor. Over a delicious meal we will be discussing exercise programs for seniors, how and why to say active, our therapy services and what they include, fitness center equipment, and what to expect in our Bounce Back Program.
