4 on the 4th Walk, Run or Bike!
Hey everyone!
Join us for a fun 4th of July event - no pressure, just come have a good time! We'll be meeting at the pool parking lot at 7:30am for a 4-mile run, walk, or bike ride. Feel free to do more or less - it's all about enjoying the holiday and getting some exercise in.
You don't have to be part of the training group to join in on the fun. And don't forget to wear your red, white, and blue! The person with the best outfit will win a prize. I always have lots of prizes! We can't wait to see you there!
