You’re invited to a very special performance at Mount Tabor in Parson Cross to celebrate the summer!
PLOT 17 is a hip-hop eco block party for audiences aged 7+ and their families. Written & performed by Kenny Baraka, with DJ D’vo on the decks.
Join underground hip-hop hero and eco-warrior Kenny Baraka AKA The Green Man and his DJ, D’Vo as they travel the world raising awareness, inspiring action and spreading the message of “making things green”. With a soundtrack guaranteed to make you want to plant a tree and sure to help the seeds grow!
The event at Parson Cross will include free planting and craft activities, and pizza and pop will be available too. Plus you can meet professional poets Sarah, Wemmy and Amber in their beautiful bell tent to share how you feel about your neighbourhood and get your very own poem in return! PLUS it will be the PXI Dodgeball Awards on the same evening!
Tickets are free, or a pay-what-you-can donation. Donations help to support our future creative and community work in the area.
