Starter - Cazuela - Chilean chicken casserole with green beans and corn on the cob.


Mains - Empanadas al horno con Pebre - traditional Chilean beef epenades served with a salsa made from coriander, fresh chilli, onion, fresh tomatoes.

Afters - Torta Chilena - traditional chilena sponge cake with rum, pineapple, dulce de leche and fresh cream
