Summer Yoga in the Prairie

Maywood’s series of summer practices is focused on exploration of the park and connection to self, community, and nature. This session with instructor Barbara Holt will be held on the Prairie Overlook structure and in the prairie. Participants should bring a yoga mat and blanket and may want to consider bringing insect repellent and sunscreen. In case of inclement weather, sessions will be held indoors. Drop- in participants if space allows. Drop-in rate is $12/class. Barbara is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200) with over a decade of experience teaching yoga and meditation in a variety of settings. She is an iRest Level 2 teacher.
