Assemble your own squad and represent your gym in a 5v5 no-gi war!
Each Neutral Ground sends ONE team of 5 people (COACHES ARE WELCOME TO COMPETE), with a 1,000lb combined weight limit.

2. All submissions legal | Submission-only format
3. 5-minute rounds | Double elimination if no sub
4. Set your lineup ahead of time—no changes once locked

6. If all teams stall out, ref decides
7. No-Gi only
