Midwest Challenge by Mercury Racing Powerboat Races are coming back to Sheboygan and you're invited to a weekend full of powerboat races, jet ski races, live music, food and entertainment, and refreshments coming at you from King Park.
This is a family-friendly event. Admission is free all weekend long. Come for the races, stay for the fun!
Friday, August 8, 2025 - Block Party
Kickoff the weekend by joining the race teams and their boats for a fan-filled Block Party from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Race boats will line the streets of downtown Sheboygan while live music, food and refreshments fill City Green. For more information, please visit

Saturday, August 9, 2025 - Boats, Bites 'N Brews
There’ll be food trucks lining King Park, including Miesfeld's grilling up their Grand Champion Brats and Burgers all day! Plus, there will be a vendor market with local favorites and plenty of space to kick back with friends and family. Enjoy refreshments including 3 Sheeps Brewing.
