Functional Yin Yoga is a gentle, beginner-friendly practice that helps release tension, improve mobility, and promote deep relaxation. This accessible practice emphasizes long-held postures with the support of props and variations to suit each person's unique body. Rather than aiming for a 'perfect shape,' the focus is on how each pose feels and what it does for your joints, fascia and energy.

In this three-part series, we will explore five different foundational poses each week, learning variations that honor every body's unique anatomy. You'll be encouraged to ask questions and experiment with different shapes to discover what feels supportive for you.

This will be a welcoming introduction to anyone new to yoga or to yin, or simply looking for a gentler way to connect with their body.
