French Macarons (Hands-On Class)

Learn to make perfect French macarons! Chef Catrine will cover the entire process, from batter to baking, plus troubleshooting and storage tips. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned baker, you’ll leave with the skills and recipes to create delicious and beautiful macarons. We’ll taste and discuss the properties of the perfect macaron, try a hand at piping the batter and filling the cookies, and you’ll get to bring your macarons home.
