Spanish Tapas (Hands-on cooking class)

Enjoy an exciting introduction to Spain's food culture with this hands-on cooking class. You’ll learn the techniques to prepare authentic Southern Spanish tapas, including traditional Spanish tortilla and Albondigas (meatballs in a tomato sauce). Enjoy these beloved staples of Spanish food and leave the course fully equipped to recreate these recipes at home. Add an international flair to your family meals and party appetizers!

Menu: Albondigas (Saucy Meatballs) ; Spanish Tortilla ; Aceitunas (Marinated Olives) ; Torrijas (Cinnamon-y Dessert, similar to a churro)
