Falls and Safety: A Conversation with Healthcare Professionals

Join us for this amazing opportunity with Aurora Medical Center of Sheboygan for a Falls and Safety Panel Discussion on Thursday, September 26th at 1:30pm.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Wisconsin has the highest fall death rate among older adults in the United States. Falls do not just cause fatal injuries, but can cause long-term health conditions stemming from injuries. Despite all of this, Falls can be prevented!
