Mage Music & Movement

Move in your own way, revel in your body, and make magic in the Round Room with women in their Mage stage: after Mother, before Crone. This 4th stage in the Triple Goddess traditional wisdom story is all about empowerment, creativity, and alchemy.

You will be gently guided and stewarded through 90 minutes of diverse musical genres moving your body however you choose. The flow of the rhythm is shaped like an arch, beginning softly and slowly stretching to rise and reach into expanding spaces, then releasing into rest and recovery.

If you like, bring a water bottle for hydration, a hand fan for cooling, a yoga mat for floor work, and a blanket for resting warmly.
