Rewild and Restore Day Retreat

Hello and Welcome!

Set on an off-grid farm with 30 acres of private, forested land and a private lake, this retreat invites you to slow down, ground into nature, and attune to the elements.

We will begin our morning with mindful movement: a gentle yoga flow practice on the lakeside dock. Moving and beathing with the rhythm of the water, the sound of wind in the trees, and the warmth of the sun.

Gathering in the greenhouse for a nourishing farm-to-table lunch, we will share fresh, seasonal food grown from the earth beneath us. Tea & snacks will be available throughout the day.

After lunch is free time to explore, play or rest: go for a dip in the lake, soak in the wood-fired hot tub, take a mindful walk on winding forest trails, or curl up in the burrow, a quiet, cozy space to rest and reflect. This is an invitation to listen deeply and let your inner nature guide you.

As the day winds down, we return to stillness with a restorative yoga practice, allowing the body to soften into deep rest while the gentle vibrations of a live crystal singing bowl sound bath wash over us. With hearts open and bodies grounded, we close in circle and reflection, journaling our insights and sharing in community.
