Holladay Barrel Pick Release Party

Bourbon lovers rejoice! A couple months back we were fortunate to join our friends at Holladay for a day of touring and tasting in pursuit of a special barrel selection. And now it's finally ready to share. This absolute beauty was the unanimous pick during our blind sampling from five different barrels. It's truly unique, a 7-year aged, 121.9 barrel proof version of their Soft Red Wheat. To celebrate, we're having a tasting of this bourbon, special cocktails, merch giveaways and a bottle sale in our upstairs B-Side Room next Wednesday. You'll also be able to meet master distiller Kyle Merklein. We're so lucky to have this world class distillery in our backyard and invite you to come share in the goodness.
