2025 Canadian Valley Annual Meeting & Member Appreciation Event

Please join us on Saturday, August 16th, at either the Firelake Arena, located at 18145 Old Rangeline Rd. Shawnee, OK. 74801, or Wes Watkins Technology Center, located at 7892 OK-9, Wetumka, OK 74883, for the 86th Annual Meeting & Member Appreciation Event! We are so excited to see all our members! Registration opens at 9:30AM and will be cut off at 11AM sharp.

This year we will have TWO location options, Firelake Arena in Shawnee or Wes Watkins Technology Center in Wetumka! Registration will be drive-thru ONLY at both locations. Once registered, you may park and come inside to attend the business meeting. Wes Watkins will have a broadcast of the business meeting, while the live business meeting will take place at Firelake Arena.

We will have multiple educational tables set up alongside a kid's area at Firelake Arena only.

CVEC is offering fantastic door prizes this year, including bill credits and other exciting options. All members who register are eligible for the $500 district drawings, $1000 bill credit, and all prizes.
