Youth Camp 2025

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Registration will go live May 5th through June 2nd, 2025

Please note that once we reach capacity, per state law, we will not be able to accept any more registrants. Registration preference will be based on a first come, first served system.

Full Payment is required to complete registration

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide refunds after June 2nd, 2025. Evenbrite fees are non-refundable.

CAMPER:

• Jr High Camp:
• Ages 12-14 (Age as of June 21st)
• Dates: Saturday, June 21st - Tuesday, June 24th
• Cost: Registration - $175 | On-Site $195 (**Plus Eventbrite Registration Fees)
  

• Sr High Camp:
• Ages 15-18 (Age as of June 25th)
• Dates: Wednesday, June 25th - Saturday, June 28th
• Cost: Registration - $175 | On-Site $195 (**Plus Eventbrite Registration Fees)

SIBLING DISCOUNT:

After the purchase of a full price ticket any additional students from the same family would qualify for a $30 sibling discount (applicable to Youth Camp Registration Only--not transferable with WI Kids Camp or WI Family Camp). All tickets must be purchased at full price. An email must be sent to d3ltc2VjcmV0YXJ5IHwgZ21haWwgISBjb20= to request the $30 sibling discount. This email must be sent by end-of-day May 31st. Requests after this date will not be approved. Discounts will be processed as a credit back to the card used at the time of purchase. Allow 7-10 days for processing.

STAFF:

• THANK YOU for your willingness to serve the students of WI! We love and appreciate you!
• Please understand, requested serve positions cannot be guaranteed. Please know we will attempt to do everything we can to get you in your desired serve position.
• All Staff should expect to volunteer for the ENTIRETY OF YOUTH CAMP (both Jr High & Sr High) from Saturday, June 21st to Saturday, June 28th.
• Staff must be 19 years of age or older as of June 21, 2025.

• We will be performing mandatory background checks for all staff for the safety of our students.
• Cost: Free for Ages 19+

CHILDREN OF STAFF:

• ALL Children of Staff must be pre-approved to come to camp prior to registering. Please send and email to Jordan Herman at d3ltcHJlc2lkZW50IHwgZ21haWwgISBjb20=.
• Staff Children must lodge and be supervised by parent when they are not an active camper.
• There is a $25 charge per child for ages 0-11 to assist in covering camp expenses.
• Children of Staff that are Youth Camp Age (12-18) are required to register and attend as a camper at their designated camp (Jr High: ages 12-14; Sr High: ages 15-18) and will be asked to serve at the opposite camp if staying on campus with parent who is volunteering for the entire week. Per WI Dist Camp Policy, 18 year olds will be subject to a background check.

FAQ:

• WI District Health Screening Form is REQUIRED for EVERYONE (form below) - Submission Deadline: June 1, 2025
• Adult registrants (18+) can complete and submit their own health forms.
• If the registrant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must complete it.
• We will be reaching out to each Pastor with a list of attending students for approval.
• Can my child come early or stay late at either youth camp? Unfortunately, we do not have the staffing to ensurethe safety of campers outside of our camp schedule.
• Youth Camp is a closed campus. For safety purposes, Non-registered guests will not be allowed to participate in any of the Youth Camp events. Closed Campus Exception: Licensed Ministers and youth pastors are invited to attend the evening services. Must check-in and check-out with camp security.
