Venita McGuire is a certified Hatha yoga instructor, holding additional certifications in Yin yoga and Ayurvedic medicine. With a lifelong commitment to the practice of yoga, Venita has dedicated the past five years to deepening her understanding of its various dimensions. She began her teaching career at Skye Yoga Studio and subsequently continued at the Woodward Wellness Center, where she has also served as a spin and fitness instructor for over 13 years. Having grown up in Western Oklahoma, Venita resides there with her husband of 27 years, Brad. She skillfully integrates the dynamic energy of power yoga with the restorative qualities of Yin yoga. Her teachings are grounded in the belief that yoga serves as a pathway to physical healing, and through her personal journey, has also recognized its capacity for emotional healing. Additionally, Venita conducts benefit classes in her community, supporting organizations such as the Plains Indian and Pioneer Museum and the Woodward Arts and Theatre Council.
