Join us for a serene morning yoga and meditation fusion, offered aboard a gently floating pontoon boat on shore of Shenango Lake.
In honor of the emerging Sturgeon Moon, this unique practice invites you to connect deeply with yourself and the natural world in a setting of peaceful stillness and open sky.
The Sturgeon Moon—symbolizes abundance, transformation, and connection to the natural world—this practice offers a unique opportunity to ground, reflect, and renew.
We’ll begin with grounding and intention-setting as the morning light dances across the water. Gentle stretches will awaken the body, followed by a mindful yoga flow to activate our intention and harmonize breath with movement, our minds with our spirits.
Our practice concludes with Yoga Nidra meditation—inviting clarity, abundance, and inner calm as we align with the seasonal energy of growth and transformation.
After closing our class, we’ll gather at Dock Side Cellars to enjoy a nourishing yogurt parfait bar and a complimentary mimosa—celebrating community, intention, and the gifts of the season.
All experience levels are welcome, with modifications offered for beginners. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and an extra towel. Space is limited—reserve your spot early for this special floating experience.
