Freedom's Run Training Run

Sunday, September 14th, the Freedom's Run Crew will be meeting at the C&O Canal Overflow Lot in Sharpsburg, MD at 8 AM to check out parts of the full and half marathon course. For those running the 5k or 10k, you're also encouraged to join in and run along the Canal for some course prep and run any distance you wish.

All running and walking speeds welcome! Find someone your pace and explore the course.

Meet at the overflow parking lot along the C&O canal off of Canal Rd.
