Monthly Trauma healing share circle

TRAUMA. I always make the joke “I’m only funny because of all the trauma I’ve been through “. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything funny about it. I always felt like i just had to laugh about it to make it go away, so it didn’t control me anymore. Now that I’m on my healing journey and have done lots of healing on myself and others… I will be hosting a monthly trauma share circle. Somewhere you can come and just be surrounded by unconditional love. To be able to talk about what you have been through (or not) completely up to you. Here we will hold space for one another. Sharing things we have been through. Starting off with breath work to calm us down, passing the speaking stick around, sharing, listening and holding space and then finishing off with some powerful positive affirmations to help us remember how loved and worthy we are!! 💕🫶🏻✨ ALL IS WELCOME!
