JCL Development Property Tour: Fall 2025

Please join JCL Development as we open our doors to the public to get a behind-the-scenes view of properties we are redeveloping in the City of Sharon. This city tour will provide an inside look into JCL-owned buildings and their vision for revitalization.

Open to the public, the guided tour starts at Noon Sunday, Oct. 12, 2025 at Allie's Sweet Tooth at 47 E. State Street in downtown Sharon - where we'll provide our redevelopment vision along with details about the tour stops.

Once the overview is done, guests will be divided into groups and walk through each property while learning some of the history and future plans for each of the spaces and meeting members of the JCL Development team.

The event is powered by JCL Development; with assistance by the Sharon Community Development Corporation, Sharon Historical Society, HopeCAT and the Small Town Storyteller.
