Coffee and Birds in Shalimar

Bring your favorite brew and relax on the upstairs deck, downstairs patio, or bayou dock overlooking Garnier Bayou. Carol Porch will be hosting birding in her backyard, with a casual format, and the opportunity to photograph some of the residents and migrants coming through, including Black-crowned Night Herons. Park at Combs Park and take the crosswalk into the shady oak canopy. Bring binocs, your coffee (refills available!), and a camera. Registration required, limit 15, text 256-293-8785
