Spanish-Speaking Mental Health Community Session

Our Spanish-Speaking Mental Health Community Session offers a safe and supportive environment where you can connect with a bilingual Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker once a month at Shakopee Community Center from 5:30pm-7:30pm.

This program is designed to help you navigate your mental health challenges, providing the tools and resources you need to thrive. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, or simply seeking a space to share your experiences, we’re here for you.

We understand that mental health is a family affair, which is why we welcome clients to bring their children along! Our group sessions are family-friendly, allowing you to focus on your well-being while ensuring your little ones are cared for.
