Are you new to Pilates or returning after a break? Julia is offering a 6-week beginners’ Pilates course designed especially for those who want to build strong foundations in a friendly and supportive environment.

What to Expect:
Over the six weeks, you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of Pilates, including:

✨ Breath-led movement
✨ Alignment and posture
✨ Flexibility and control
✨ Strengthening the deep stabilising muscles

You’ll gain confidence, increase body awareness, and develop a gentle yet effective routine that supports your wellbeing both on and off the mat.
