Wild Connections: Explore Fly Fishing

Have you been wanting to learn more about fly fishing and give it a try? Join Wild Rivers Conservancy and Fishing for All on the perfect day to introduce yourself to the sport!

This event will cover the basics of how to fly fish through expert instruction, provide opportunities to fish from land and water, as well as connect you to other new anglers in the area. And if you’ve already taken one of our Fly Fishing 101 classes, this will be a perfect opportunity to build on your skills. All equipment and necessities will be provided. Each registration includes a chance to win a Wild Rivers Conservancy prize pack. Bring a friend and try something new!

Our Wild Connections series of events are designed to introduce people to new recreation activities throughout the Riverway, as well as other organizations that connect you to the watershed. Join one or try them all!

Cost: $40

What to bring:

• Comfortable activewear clothes
• Water bottle
• Sandals/water shoes (optional)

For the safety of participants and staff, this program may be canceled due to inclement weather or other hazardous conditions. Participants will be notified via email and event pages will be updated if the program is canceled.
