True North VBS

First United Methodist Church and Trinity United Methodist Church Invites Children to True North VBS: Trusting Jesus in a Wild World.

A summer kids’ event called True North will be hosted at First United Methodist Church from July 14th to July 17th. At True North, kids discover what it means to trust Jesus in a wild world! Kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, make and devour yummy treats, experience one-of-a-kind Bible Adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of Jesus’ love, and test out sciency-fun experiments they’ll never forget. Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each day concludes with a Compass Closing that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned. Family members and friends are encouraged to join in daily for this special time at 7:45pm.

True North is for kids from 3 years old to entering 6th Grade and will run from 5:30pm to 8:00pm each day. For more information, call 812-523-3072.
