Sweat & Shine: A Women's Wellness Jam

It's International Women's Health & Fitness day on September 25th (or maybe it's the 24th). Let's celebrate our freedom of movement.

This is going to be a fitness class not just Zumba. We will start out with a half hour of Zumba, move to a half hour of Zumba Toning, and for the last half hour of this event is will be a combo of free weights and CIRCL Mobility (standing only). Join for one, two or all parts of this fitness class.

More details will be added as the event plans continue. Venue may change as well, I am requesting if the gym at St John's will be available. . . So stay on the look out

Cost will be $5.00 and punch cards can not be used for this event :)
