Inferno Hot Pilates Level 2

Ready to turn it up a notch? Join us for Inferno Hot Pilates Level 2, taught by a certified Level 2 Instructor!

Inferno Hot Pilates Level 2 is a high intensity, low impact class using Pilates movements with stretch bands & 3-5 lb. weights. You work at your own level & add bands & weights as you feel stronger. Tones the core, arm & leg muscles. This class burns fat & boosts metabolism hours after you leave class! Come get strong & toned with us!

All participants should bring a yoga mat, towel, water, resistance band & 1-5 lb weights. All products listed are available for purchase in studio should you need them! You can do this class without props if you desire.
