9/11 24th Anniversary Commemorative Event

Please join us for a special 24th anniversary event, as we honor and remember the lives lost in New York City, Shanksville, PA, and Washington, D.C.

Help place the flags that will create our beautiful annual 9/11 Memorial Tribute. This is a terrific event that brings the community together. It is also a great opportunity for students to earn community service hours.

Each of the 2,977 flags in our memorial display honors each victim of the terror attacks against our country 24 years ago.

When: Wednesday, September 10, 2025

Time: Flag placement will take place from 5:00pm-7:00pm.

Where: McGuinness Funeral Home - 573 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ 08080

Flags will be displayed until Wednesday, September 17th at 3:00pm. Help is needed to take flags up and store them.
