Mindfulness Wednesdays

Meet our Certified Meditation Instructor and Agent extraordinaire - Zsofia Kozma. The first class will cover, "What is mindfulness?" and an Introduction to Meditation and breath awareness. Each week we will learn more. No prerequisites or equipment required. Class is Free. Mats provided. Suggested to bring water.
