About the event

Food Fit For You: Meal Planning Series

Join us on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Each month we will be discussing eating habits and how to gain better access to healthy food resources in our community. We will have activities and hands-on cooking lessons throughout the year.

This program is FREE and is offered for Seniors that attend the Senior Center. I hope that you can join us!
