The Liminal Space - MONTHLY BREATHWORK FOR CHANGE
Drumroll please....

Come and join me in this monthly community hearted space for some exploration of how to find presence, space and stillness in this increasingly busy world.

I will be holding space for you with meditations, breathwork (including conscious connected breathwork), and small group discussions for a focus on social change and whole community health.

This is a mixed space, all bodies welcome, and I offer sliding scale payments from as little as £15 per person.
