Join us for our flagship annual event, The Great Comp Summer Show, on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th August 2025. This exciting weekend features a variety of talented artists and craftspeople showcasing their work in our marquee, alongside award-winning nurseries and garden ornamental suppliers. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere with live jazz music throughout the weekend.
Live Jazz Performances:
Saturday 9th August: Experience the dynamic sounds of the Kent Youth Jazz Orchestra (KYJO), a group of talented young musicians from across Kent. Under the direction of saxophonist Mike Austin, KYJO performs an exciting mix of jazz standards, jazz-rock, and jazz-funk. They have shared the stage with notable jazz artists, including their patrons Derek Nash and Steve Waterman. Kent Youth Jazz Orchestra
Sunday 10th August: Enjoy the smooth melodies of Strings and Things, our regular jazz ensemble, known for their engaging performances that have become a favorite among our visitors.
