Summer Solstice celebration 20th June

Come and join us at our next Sober Social for a Summer Solstice celebration
hosted by Linda.

The evening will include:

-Welcome and opening

-Breathwork & somatic exercises to stretch and release

-Reflection, release and intention setting practice

-Flower circle heart projection and reflection protection exercise

-45minute yoga session

-Savasana and guided meditation

-Tea and snacks

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and drink of water. There is plenty
