Yin, Stretch and Breathe

Our Yin Yoga community class is your invitation to slow down, soften, and sink into deep rest. Held at a gentle pace, this class blends long-held poses, calming breathwork, and optional essential oils to soothe your nervous system and ease tension in both body and mind.

It’s the perfect way to balance out the busyness of life—and at just $15 per person, it’s a beautiful gift to yourself (or a friend).

✨ Some Mats and Props provided

We do have a few mats and bolsters available, but if you can, please bring your yoga mat and any bolsters, cushions, or pillows to help you feel comfortable and supported in the poses. A cosy blanket is also a great idea if you like to stay extra warm during relaxation.
