Your mental health matters!

We’re starting a new FREE series here at Favela Cafe called “Psychology Talk Sessions” with Setubal psychologist Ryan Govender.

Each month, Ryan will tackle a different subject, talking about what it is, how it affects us individually and as a community, and some strategies to live a happier, more balanced life.

We’ll then open it up for community discussion and your chance to enjoy the food and drink specials.

This month is all about anxiety.
