O “II Rota das Lagoas”, sob organização da junta de Freguesia de Almoster com apoio do Município de Alvaiázere e outras entidades, pretende afirmar-se como uma prova de desporto e lazer, nas vertentes de caminhada e Trail, a realizar por percursos e trilhos existentes na Freguesia, numa distância de aproximadamente 10 quilómetros para a caminhada e 15 quilómetros para o Mini Trail.
