1. Form

Anything that can be experienced:

- Objects
- Body
- Sound
- Thoughts
- Emotions

� All change. All come and go.

Example:
A sound is heard → then silence again.

2. Formless Form (very important layer)

This is what you were intuitively pointing to.

It is:
Movement
Energy
Vibration
Flow

Atoms vibrate.
Sound is vibration.
Thought is subtle vibration.

It has no fixed shape,
but it is not nothing.

� This cannot be seen, but it can be sensed.
It is known only by arivu (direct knowing), not by thinking.

3. Formless

Beyond movement.
Beyond vibration.
Beyond energy.

Stillness.
No coming.
No going.
Not blank.
Not sleep.
