This festive season, learn the art of making your own bak kwa (Chinese barbecued meat) - smoky, sweet, and irresistible.

In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore tradition and creativity through three variations: the classic pork bak kwa, a fiery chilli-spiced bak kwa, and a luxurious truffle bak kwa coin.

Students will master the techniques of mixing, shaping, drying, and grilling to achieve that signature glossy char, all without special equipment.

Course Content:
- Traditional Pork Bak Kwa → the iconic sweet–savory version enjoyed every Lunar New Year.
- Chilli Bak Kwa → bold, spicy, and addictive with just the right heat.
- Truffle Bak Kwa Coins → bite-sized indulgence, with a modern gourmet twist.
- Drying & Grilling Techniques → how to prepare bak kwa at home using an oven or grill for perfect caramelization.
- Shaping & Presentation → from large traditional squares to festive coin-shaped bak kwa.
