If there is one thing that The klpac Symphonic Band is known for is its creative programming especially its thematic concerts. Anime fans will have the chance to cosplay and relive their favourite anime very soon alongside other Japanese tunes.
Salam Konnichiwa II is all about action and adventure! Escape into the fantasy world with Titans, sorcerers fighting against cursed spirits and undercover spies. Under the baton of Cheryl Mah, the band will be bringing you some of the most dramatic music from Jujutsu Kaisen, Attack on Titan and a more recent hit, Spy x Family. Some classics are also thrown in the mix including music from a Ghibli favourite Pom Poko as well as the 1970s favourite The Galaxy Express 999.
The band will also pay tribute to the legendary Ryuichi Sakamoto with Maxy Chan’s rendition of Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence, his first film score which won him the BAFTA Award for Best Film Music in 1984.
