Join us for a special Winter Solstice Sound Bath with Reiki.
Freda, Kendra, and Alex are excited to share this deeply restorative experience with you.

As we gather on the longest night of the year, we honor the stillness, welcome the returning light, and create space for renewal. This is a powerful time to release what no longer serves you, receive energetic nourishment, and set intentions for the new year.

Allow the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments—combined with gentle Reiki—to guide you into relaxation, clarity, and inner peace.
