About the event

Walk with a UPMC Northwest Doc: "Anxiety, Depression, and Stress Management" with Dr. Concannon-Fink

Join us on Monday, July 21 for a walk along the UPMC Northwest walking trail with Dr. Erin Concannon-Fink of UPMC Internal Medicine. Participants will learn how to recognize the signs of anxiety and depression, strategies for managing stress, and how physical activity positively impacts emotional wellbeing.

Participants will meet at the UPMC Northwest Walking Trail Pavilion at 5 pm. Registration is not required. In case of inclement weather, this event will be rescheduled. Please wear footwear appropriate for walking.

Walk with a UPMC Northwest Doc is a free, physician-led walking group hosted by the Northwest Hospital Foundation. It's a no-commitment, fun and safe way to take a walk and learn about health with a UPMC Northwest physician.
