🌿 Somatic Healing Workshop with Freda
Join Freda Merck—Registered Nurse, yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and sound and vibration healing practitioner—for a transformative Somatic Healing Workshop. This experience is designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and peace.
