A gentle hybrid gathering for those holding heartache this Father’s Day

Father’s Day can stir up more than just celebration.
For some, it brings a deep ache—missing a father who has passed, grieving what was never there, or carrying the weight of a complicated relationship.

Whether you’ve lost your father, are estranged, or simply struggle with this day, you are not alone. This gathering is a space to acknowledge your truth, connect with others who understand, and honor what lives in your heart.

Join us in person or virtually for a warm, reflective gathering that includes:
* A grounding meditation to center the heart and nervous system.
* A simple writing ritual you can do from home or with us in person.
* Space to share (or simply listen) in a supportive circle
* A moment of remembrance, honoring both presence and absence.

We’ll also take part in a gentle reflective activity—no supplies needed beyond a piece of paper and a pen. Whether you write a message, a memory, or something unspoken, this practice invites you to connect with what needs to be witnessed.

There is no pressure to be “okay.” Come as you are. Quietly grieving, fiercely feeling, or somewhere in between—you are welcome here.
